Tired of being unsure of what jewelry cleaning solution to use on different pieces of your precious jewelry?
Krisp & Clean solution was created to specifically clean fine gold, platinum and silver jewelry. Its superior formula can be used on all gemstones, including porous stones such as pearls, opals, or turquoise.
Directions: This product can be used daily or weekly. Place jewelry in the tray included and immerse in the solution for two minutes. Using the brush provided, gently brush away any dirt or build-up that has collected underneath and around the gemstone(s). Carefully
rinse with cool water and pat dry. For stubborn deposits, bring to your local jeweler for a more thorough cleaning.
If you are local, feel free to bring your diamond and gemstone jewelry to Kappy’s Fine Jewelry every six months for a free inspection by one of our trained professionals.

Currently, shipments are made Tuesday through Friday. We ship UPS and USPS. All UPS packages have an adult signature requirement upon delivery. Please ensure somebody will be available to sign for the package, or contact us prior and we can schedule arrangements to ensure delivery.

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the receipt of your item to initiate a return.
Please return the item in its original condition and packaging. Any alterations or signs of wear will void the return.
Prior to returning the item, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization number (RA). The RA number must be visible on the outside of the package for the return to be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will promptly process your refund, minus any applicable shipping costs.
